Unprofessional Staff and Will Treat Buyers/Customers Like A Pingpong Ball

I was invited by an Empire East agent sometime in December 2017, I was advised that there are still new units available in Cambridge Village where I can move in 1 to 2 mos time provided that I would be able to meet and pay the asking amount for DP. Paid my reservation in January, paid full amount of my deposit in February which was via post dated check and continuously paying the monthly amortization up to this date. They made me go round in circles, a lot of documents that need to be submitted but the people in legal and credits and collections are passing me around with different departments. What *** me of, they can't give an exact straight answer to whom and where I can get the documents that I need. They haven't sent me the official receipt of my DP which was supposed to be sent via snail mail, they've already taken a huge amount in my checking account, I was not told before hand that I needed to sign a letter of acceptance, the turn around time is getting longer and longer versus the initial time frame discussed prior the reservation and payment. They gave me a phone number but every time I dial, NOBODY's ANSWERING their freaking phone! I wanna pull out everything I paid for them.
