Unprofessional rude demanding

The customer service people at this call center ProCollect WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU and will demand money. You can call in hopes to work something out and make a payment arraignment and they will say ”I’m going note on the account you’re refusing to pay” and threaten you by needing a payment paid in full on a certain day by a certain time. They’ll talk to people like they’re animals. One tactic they’ll use is “settling” on the account and will give you a few days (instead of 30 days) to come up with the rest of the money, which can really throw off a persons life especially if on a strict income. They demand money, are self centered and lack professionalism. I really hope this place goes bankrupt for treating the way they treat people now I have a good enough reason to not pay them at all!
