Unprofessional poor service/hair removal

I have found an advertisement on Groupon that Fabulous Touch is offering unlimited hair removal of the whole body for 995$ and I decided to go to Fabulous Touch and speak in person. I have made an appointment with the owner Rosa. Unfortunately she never gave me her last name, certifications or licenses on the business. Rosa told me that I have to pay in cash right away in order to avoid paying taxes and there is no refund policy. I showed her my chest and back in order to make sure her machine is capable of removing the amount of the hair I have on my body. I have asked plenty of questions regarding the model of the laser hair removal machine to make sure that after 10 procedures my hair is gone. Rosa assured that her machine is very strong and I will start losing the hair on the chest and back after 4-5 sessions. I asked her to pay her the half of the amount money and when I see the results I will pay the rest, but Rosa insisted that offer is valid when I pay in full. I have worried about paying in advance with cash but Rosa explained me that I have nothing to worry about because she has a lot of clients who have positive outcome and great hair removal results. I agreed and brought her 980$ cash, due to she is not accepting credit cards. She gave me the receipt that she received the money but never gave me any copies of hair removal procedures that I have signed. I have asked her to give me any documents proving that I am doing hair removal at her Fabulous Touch salon but she refused to do so. Rosa said that she is operating SPA salon for many years and she is doing well. She was very nice and looked as a reliable business woman. She told me that all her clients never complained about her outstanding and high end service. First 2 sessions I didn’t feel anything, not a slight pain and I was surprised as I have heard laser hair removal is pretty painful, but Rosa assured me that she has the latest laser model and all the clients are satisfied. After session 4 I have noticed that the hair is still growing and I don’t see any changes. My hair is still growing. I have decided to speak to Rosa about it and I have showed her that I DONT SEE ANY RESULTS! My hair is growing as before. But Rosa told me that I have a lot of hair and it takes more time. I have told her a story that my friend is much more hairy than me and he had results in different SPA salon after session 4. And I asked Rosa - Maybe your laser machine is good for females but not males, maybe your laser is not suitable for me? Maybe I need another type of laser? Rosa again assured me that her machine is the best and I just need to do more sessions and I will have results later. When I did 10 sessions and I still didn’t have any results Rosa told me that I need to pay for another 10 sessions. I was really surprised as after first 10 sessions I didn’t have any results, why do I need another 10 and pay more? I said to Rosa that this is not working for me and I need either my hair removed or I need my money back. I was trying to speak to and Rosa but she was unavailable for few days. I was really mad as I have visited her office every month for almost a year, I have shaved my front and back for nothing! I have wasted my money and time and NO RESULTS AT ALL. Finally I have reached Rosa and told her that I didn’t receive the service I have paid for and we should do something about it. I have offered her a generous deal to pay me 500$ back and we will shake hands! But Rosa said Its not refundable and she did everything she can. I have argued with her saying YOUR LASER wasn’t good for me and I have told her about it after session 4. I have told her that I don’t have results, that her laser machine is not effective! When she heard that she turned in to a rude person. She acted very unprofessionally. When I reminded her that I have showed her no results and she saw it herself, I am not making stuff up. Her assistants also proved that visibly nothing changed when after 10 sessions I suppose to have at least partial hair removal! Rosa didn’t listen to me and was saying that I need more sessions and recommended me to continue doing the laser even its not working for me. Rosa told me that she is giving me extra sessions and then we will talk about it. I had no other options rather to agree with her because she told me I WONT RETURN ANYTHING. NO REFUND POLICY. I did extra 4 or 5 sessions but still NO RESULTS. I spoke to Rosa again and she said YOU HAVE A LOT OF HAIR AND YOU NEED TO CHECK YOU HORMONES LEVEL. I AM SURE IT IS HIGH. YOU NEED TO TAKE HORMONE REDUCING PILLS. I was really surprised as if I would not have hair on my chest and back I didn’t come to her office! That is the reason I am doing laser hair removal! She asked me to do blood test and check my testosterone level! I told Rosa that WHY SHE IS TELLING IT TO ME KNOW? Didn’t I show her NO RESULTS after session 4? I have showed her my chest and back and pointed it out in the beginning! Rosa ignored all my complains. After the last session I was told by technician that Rosa is going to call me but she never did. I want to complain about the service that I have didn’t receive at FABULOUS TOUCH, as I have spent 995$ for nothing. I didn’t receive any results. Also I want to complain about lack of professionalism of the owner if FABULOUS TOUCH, as I was recommended to do laser hair removal when that model of laser was not effective. The stuff of FABULOUS TOUCH ignored all my warnings about zero results in hair removal but I was still receiving sessions. I don’t have any supportive documents regarding the model of the laser hair removal; no licenses or certifications of the technicians who was doing the procedures to me; no document regarding the strength of each procedure. I want to receive my money back or receive at least compensation for the service that wasn’t effective and I wasted a year of my life and 995$. NO RESULTS AT ALL!
