Every time I call in there is a shot that Tanner has to have before he can be groomed. I asked that they dont do this without us being there. They tell me that they can't see him then. I called to schedule this appointment and NOT one word was said.I usually get a email reminding us of his up coming vaccinations. I have yet to get one. The way I get treated by those girls up front is a dismay. I have been coming to the vet clinic for over 26 years now. My question to you is... When did this policy take affect?
