I called in to the McKinney office and got a quote and was to sign. An issue with my bank arose so I called back the next day to make payment. None of the information from the previous day was saved and no pictures loaded to file. I’ve been with them for awhile so all the information was the same. They wasted my time trying to obtain information that they should of already had saved on file. I voiced my complaints and continuesly kept being placed on hold. The reps are unprofessional and slow physically and mentally. They then proceeded to keep calling me after I made my payment and have yet to send me the confirmation email as well as the papers to Esign
