I did not get a chance to write this complaint because of my busy schedule, but I promised my sister, I have to. My sister and I shopped in Timberland outlet at Tanger on 9/21/2017. My sister was visiting from New Zealand. It happened that I bought a pair of Boat shoe (per receipt), amounted to $69.99. After we left the store, my sister got a free coupons from the customer service of Tanger and I saw that Timberland has 10% discount with $100 minimum purchase. So, I told my sister I will buy my brother in law a pair of shoes as a gift, but we need to return the first pair of shoe we bought, then buy it again, together with another pair of shoes (for my bro in law), now 2 pair of shoes, and we can use the 10% coupon, so we could come out with a $100, since the coupon has a minimum purchase of $100 to get a 10% coupon. So, we did what we plan and explain to the cashier. When we went there, the cashier had a very bad attitude, started to raise her voice to me and my sister. My sister got shocked how this cashier started to be very mean and nasty, and started to do some facial expressions to us. By the way, her name is 'JoSullivan" at the receipt. So, another cashier came, and we thought she was nicer, but she was another nasty person too. We asked her where is the supervisor and this one cashier told us, that JoSullivan is the Supervisor. By the way, the other cashier who is also mean, her name is Ramaya. I don't understand, why they have to give us this kind of attitude? When we went to another store, we told them about this, and they told me that, this is not the first time they heard about the Timberland employees. Can someone please take a look at this? Kindly treat the customer like us with respect, please? Thank you. Thank you.
