I’m a victim of a simple water heater explosion that destroyed my entire home- Puroclean out of Caseyville il came in like bandits tearing things up and moving so much out of the way and offsite. I’m told by Chad Scraff and Louis not to worry we are bonded and will take great care of you. They sure did after 5 months of losing my flexsteel living room set, primitive decor, pie safes, collectibles, baskets and most of all just tossing full dressers and belongings into a pod and even left in my garage. They were dishonest about billing my insurance company sq. Ft for flooring and cut cords off my appliances, electronics etc. I was so disgusted as I saw how damaged my stuff in the pod looked- dented and scratched from being stacked up on top of each other- drawers broken from falling out. The guys unpacking all new employees from original due to firing of Chad and Louis for reasons not disclosed. The worker unpacking the pod said this is one of the most *** poor packaging I’ve seen. Nothing is protected and his boss Scott Kaufman was on the phone with him screaming at him and it wasn’t even the poor guys fault if the condition he walked into. Chad was always taking pictures and red flagged never worry we are bonded etc. well those pictures never arrived to the company as Scott claims but thank God I took what I could before and after as well as the construction company I ended up with that made this house come together after 5 months of *** I have so much damage and loss to items not to mention items never returned. Even my insurance adjuster is at his end with promised phone calls back that never happen after he has tried for almost 3 weeks. I’m beside myself and can’t believe they run a company so unprofessionally and rude. They will be accountable no matter what pictures do not lie nor when the manager Scott Kaufman care to my home to walk through and admitted to what has happened and with a fix of a marker or so he will speak to the owner and get back to me. He never has either Scott or Paul and my adjuster finally sees what a joke and scam this company is. They all joked about Esurance my company and how they will switch because without an adjuster to come out you can do anything- please beware and document everything with pictures and videos. I’m so thankful the other company has proof too. I was told by my adjuster they have to carry liability insurance and have to be accountable and if they refuse to take his calls or return his calls I’m not sure what option is next. I just spoke to headquarters and she seemed appalled as well.
