Very poor coordination and arrangement by the Kollam Tajmahal tours and Travels. They don't have sufficient bus (only one now another one yet to launch) and they give contract to other tour planners (like chikoos, uthradam….). First and foremost, these fellows provide you an itinerary but they won't provide and follow the same. Three days trip over by travelling in bus and visited only two sites (poor arrangement). Plan was to have visit over 7 sites and if we question just manipulation with lame excuses. Without satisfying us they rushed for complete payment one day before the trip over. Even after the full payment done plan was not proper. They were showing discrimination as Keralites and Tamilians and further they had a clash with us and shouted at the tamil people and said "Tamilanmar Ellam Tajmahal busilirunu erangadaa". We were arguing in this regard and posted our reviews on facebook and other social apps. The aftereffect was they called their local rowdy gang of people in chertala and threatened us to remove our reviews or else they won't drop us. They told us to get out from the Tajmahal bus and take unreserved train tickets or auto to reach home. Finally after compromise the comments were deleted and we felt very bad by restricting us even to post our views on social application. Threatening the passengers in Chertala at night was too bad and we don't have any other options. All the passengers were moved off. We have already gone number of industrial visits through various agents and this was the worst visit ever. Fraud travel and tour group from Kerala. Owner Shakeer and tour guide Nidhin Pradeep and their crew are fraud. Please inform you're friends not to book tour bus under TAJMAHAL (Fraud Crew)...
