Unprofessional arrogant nastiness

I had just purchased the program and discovered the sleep diary section was not compatible with my computer since i don't have Microsoft Office with Word. When i emailed explaining, and asked for a refund i was told i "was not entitled to a refund". "You are wrong and, apparently, believe you know more, as a 79 year old than we do about our own sleep diary. We should hire you as our IT expert!.". "...the majority of our customers can open and edit the sleep diary because any device can open a Word document. It is a universal format document." Well i can't and have been told that THEY are wrong. Was it necessary to answer in such an insulting tone? I do not want to work with such arrogance, especially as a paying customer. DO NOT BUY THIS PROGRAM.
