Unprofessional and rude representative

The representative was impatient, impudent and plain rude. He even dared to hung up the phone - to a customer of about TEN YEARS! They really know how to push clients away and to lose them. This person said in the beginning of the conversation that for the inconvenience I would receive $25 credit. I asked him to send an email confirming this. He said that the email "will come in two weeks". Who would believe anything like this?! Later in the conversation, he admitted that it was not a credit, it would simply be the money that I had earned with my reward points - for continuously buying their service! It turned out that even this was not true. I had to first recharge my account again, although I didn't need it because I had enough money. I decided to add extra $20, just so I can get my $25 that I had earned. The next scam was that I received only $20. They kept the rest $5! One cannot receive the entire amount of their reward points - only as much as one pours back into their company. This was not mentioned during the phone call, or anywhere on the site. So, customers can NEVER use their reward points entirely. I am disappointed by the miserable "customer service" and will make sure that every organization in concern finds out about the way they carry their business.
