Petco Grooming, Pearl City: I made an appt with a groomer named Jin. She was nice usually. I had to cancel my last appt with her for my two dogs because something came up at work. Whe I called to cancel, she wasnt there, it was a groomer named Jo. Since Jin was not around and didnt know her schedule, I booked an appt with Jo. Unfortunately, I got sick and cancelled my appt with Jo. Next time I called, I asked for Jin, she was there and was called by the person who answered. Jin hung up on me! I tried to call back but nobody picked up the phone. So I waited a few minutes and called back only to be told I was disconnected. I know when a phone was hung up when I hear one. I was told Jin would call me back and she never did. So today I cfalled to make an appt and this groomer named Helen answered. When I gave my name she said "oh" and I was like, what was that about. I asked to talk to the supervisor, Helen told me she does not have a supervisor but a manager so I said yes I want to talk to her. I was put on hold and after waiting for sometime, it went on voicemail. Groomers at this location, Petco in Pearl City are unprofessional and rude! Management should know about this! User's recommendation: Dont take your dogs to be groomed here.
