1/16/19, I traded a car in for another. I made a payment on-line 1/16 to pay on the traded car. Eventually SETF closed that account. On my 1st call to SETF (I think 1/30), the rep could not find the payment until I supplied the closed account number. She said the payment would take 2-3 days to process. The next time I called, it was up to 5 days. The next time: up to 7 days. On 2/8/19, it’s still not processed. During that time I was given excuses. Three times I clicked on the selection for a one question survey, but all 3 times I was cut off before the survey.
