unpleasant experience with dsw shoes

I ordered a pair of shoes from DSW Shoes online store and they took my money but did not ship my order. I did not get a tracking number so I contacted them to see if everything was alright and they said that my order was cancelled because they were not able to deliver to my address. I asked what was wrong with my address but they were not able to give me a reasonable explanation. I did get my money back several days later but still I was very disappointed. When I made my order I was super excited about it but in the end got nothing but disappointment.
