Well how do I begin. I would not recommend Mike Thompson in Colton to any of my friends. The experience I have had this company is unbelievable very disorganized and the employees do not help you what so ever. This is my second trailer from this company and I wish I could go and drop the trailer off in front of there “SUPER STORE”and tell them to shove it up there *** My first experience with Mike Thompson in Santa Fe Springs was incredible. From day one with the Colton store it has been so upsetting that today is my 4th month with this trailer and it already is going in for service. We purchased the trailer at the R.V. show And had so much smoke blower up our *** that this is a great trailer for the money. Bullshit!!!! On top of the fact that purchasing it in October their paperwork didn’t fund until late December. Oh and did I mention we redid the paperwork 3 times!!! I was sold some *** after telling them I wanted me payment to be low and now my payment is high. Also when picking the trailer up I had a set appointment and no one gave a *** if the trailer was hooked up correctly for us to drive off the lot. Now we’re in month 4 and I was late on my first payment because Mike Thompson told me my payment was due on the 31st which it is really due on the 1st. Thank god for Camping World are trailer is there getting every fixed but wait Mike Thompson is so behind that my trailer can’t get fixed because they haven’t sent the paperwork to Keystone warranty department yet. Well having customer service under my belt you think after speaking to the general manager I would get more then I’m sorry!!! I am definitely not a happy camper!!!!
