During this period of Covid-19, I don't know the brainiac who thought threatening loyal customers is the way forward. I had a slight delay in paying my quarterly bills, and what I get in the mail was a letter threatening to add #25 to a #39 bill. The fact that British Gas lobbys developers to have them supply is bad enough. User's recommendation: Don't use British Gas... They aren't customer centeic.
