Unnecessary harassment & misbehavior

No systematic way for booking, informations needed to customers are not given correctly. I have been misbehaved by the staff. As these is the only agency from which our living area gets connection, we people have no other option to go. So, nowadays where there is a problem going through the supply of cylinder and also the verification of Ration card, the staff of this Agency are misbehaving like anything. This Agency have no such systems that we book over phone and after a certain gap, as our number comes serially we get. We need to call to them repeatedly and have to confirm our address again and again.
