I was recently visiting EpiCenter in Charlotte NC. We purchased our last drink at 10 mins to last call and went to our seats. With no warning or explanation three security people approach me and takes a $20 drink out of my hand and throws it away as says it’s time to go. First time I visited this area so was unaware of the “routine” of throwing away people’s drink 5 mins after last call! He then proceeds to attempt to push me out now allowing me to grab my personal property that was there. I will not beat around the bush at the point I did lose my cool and told him exactly how I felt that he came into my personal space and violated me causing emotional distress. In the state of NC security personnel are not allow to touch any individuals unless restraining until authorities arrive. I then approached another group of Allied Security and calmly asked who would I speak to as a manager? One laughed at me and then threaten to pepper spray me.... for asking who your boss is when you was not involved? As a whole I am completely disgusted with Allied Security and the EpiCenter for allowing this to happen..
