My tax preparer took $320 from my account twice without my consent and then to me she shoulda took more bi **** , so I locked my card so she couldnt take anymore and I cant get through to anyone to transfer funds to a new card from Netspend I just received , help me please I have to be out of my place tmrw and Im stressing
