-Dates: 13/09 up to 15/09 -Chatsim Card #: [protected]‬‬ -I have bought the Chatsim unlimited sim card plan. In thesis, it would allow me to text messages and emojis for one year for a fixed price. It worked in Mexico for 3 days and then when I went to Cuba I had my sim card blocked on the second day of usage. So I have contacted their customer service and explained the situation and asked them if that was a mistake. They had replied that my sim card was never locked, that is was active but operating in a slow mode because I have surpassed my annual usage which they informed me at that time it was only 5mb per year. I have responded their customer service asking them if this was a scam, because how come can you publicize that something is unlimited if it is limited up to 5mb per year, nevertheless I have gently asked them to explain to me how come I could use 5mb on messages over 365 days/or 1 year? By my mathematics calculation that would be around 14kb/day – how many messages or only characters is that? I have also explained to them that I have come to Cuba for humanitarian reasons due to the Hurricane Irma and that the communication I had for the only 2 days have helped to inform outside Cuba how was the situation and thus get aide to be sent through mail. -So, I would love if this sim card could work to send and received text messages and emoticons (as it was stated on their website, ) in a manner that I will be able to send and received these basic conversations during the period I will be here in Cuba. If it is not possible for the sim card to work for those reasons, I would like to get a full refund of the price payed for one year unlimited text and message communication that has only lasted 3 days in Mexico and 2 days in Cuba (And I am not a heavy user, as you can see on the documents attached I have only used a total of 28mb).
