Unless update do not buy Huawei products as they take no responsibility for there products and customer care is none existent in Malaysia

Huawei mate 20 pro Pictures are great why buy phone and that they bragged water resistant, Ip rating etc Went kids party and kids thrown water over me, was wet as 4-5 buckets Later that day taken selfie and lense was fogged, called care line they told me maybe phone cracked or exterior damage but otherwise maybe manufacture issue Basically if phone damaged am responsible if manufacture issue they can assist to fix, repair or replace Service centre was shocked that comment like moment said splashed with water there policy warrenty void so thought I was telling lies All so customer care said just give name and number all notes be on system Got there was no record of conversion at all. Later customer care lied said they never said that. Despite the fact 2 calls later different person said yes that was true Service center no record call or said person. Service center changed term water to liquid and any sign of liquid voids warrenty. They not interested in anything other than yes there water and don’t care why. So phone that’s advertised and sold as water resistant isn’t water resistant? They found no exterior damage on the phone but referred me to there website terms and conditions Service center got customer care call me say liquid isn’t covered. So I logged complaint. Next Customer care called upset I made complaint about his ‘friend’ and boasted about facts, why the phone can’t be fixed and deny that first person they would fix it if manufacture issue meaning phone exterior not damaged or diminished in anyway irrelevant. Asked speak manager he said he was the manager for entire customer care and nobody else speak with beyond him 3rd time insist speak with manger, guy even rises voice, rude and taken pleasure in my dissatisfaction, finally agreed get manger call me, but he stated he only say what he said so basically waste of time? Wow my head thinking no point he or service center tried assist or help or even entertain there phone has manufacture issue only seek plausible deniability meaning there Goal and objective is not help you Entire time no attempt revolve or help or find any solution Last guy is now stating he is real head of customer care Malaysia, but won’t say his full name only first name? Just said liquid damage so they can’t do anything but long way about it. So disappointing that what I thought was big company just scam people. Make claims for there products which when found untrue they refuse acknowledge it. There is no care for customers or to seek any resolution or win win, just refer small print. Snakes and zero customer Care that dodge delay any excuses avoid taking responsibility for manufacture issues Apple service much better worth paying more for there products as customer care do try resolve issue no enjoy or take pride in not resolving issues I plan notify the CEO and make viral video alert customer of letter to CEO and my attempt help otherwise good product that let down by people represent Huawei such waste as when search social platforms seems so many bad reviews about there customer care and no improvement If anybody can email ways complain about this product am in process taking legal action if matter not resolved Huawei have great products but I regret leaving Apple as apple example had bend gate issue. My phone bent and they replaced it. If that was Huawei they deny and say bend due to customers and be extremely unhelpful, deny and lie based on recent experience regards phone being damaged by me being splashed with water Started saying no idea temperature or water, what type of water, environment factors heat and all sorts excuses really poor attitude and service Maybe it’s not Huawei just bad mangers that’s represent them and customer care but if anybody Huawei cares email me but I fully intended report this and take legal action
