I booked an airport transfer from my Thailand Hotel to BKK. I supplied hotel name, address, phone, and flight information. I paid for the transfer. I was emailed a "ticket" with a reference number. The name of my hotel does not appear on the ticket - the ticket reads "Bangkok City Hotel to Airport, and the date. There is no pick-up time indicated on the ticket. I called Viator, two days ago. The lady I spoke with said that she couldn't contact Sun Leisure Tours at the time, but that she would contact them later, and email to me the results of her information from Sun Leisure Tours. I have not received an email. I went online and was unable to find an email address for Sun Leisure Tours in Bangkok. In the search box on the Sun Leisure Web site I entered the booking reference number which appears on my ticket. The result was "not found."
