I had just purchased a used goldwing motorcycle. Parked it in a spot that Did not belong to anyone and was empty. The front office clerk Hannah Grace at the Dorchester road location in summerville SC knew it belonged to me. She never advised me that I could not temporarily park the cycle there NOR did she call me to warn me that it could be towed. 24 hours later Hanna Grace had my cycle towed. When I asked why she hadn't called me or said something to me about the cycle she said she had called me. LIAR SHE DID NOT CONTACT ME AT ALL. NEXT STOP IS THE BBB. User's recommendation: Do not rent from Public Storage.
