I was introduced to the company through my insurance services upon them entering my home I was given a agreement Contract to sign that I was hiring them and I would be responsible for the bill.. and not my insurance company.... upon my Adjustor there was a pending on what was covered and what wasn’t covered and sadly 911 stopped working pending the insurance outcome... but I’ll agreement was between us and sadly 4 days passed with the smell and contents continually in flood water... upon the outcome of being covered the company didn’t notify me after insurance company reached them with approval they didn’t contact me I had to reach out to them so I personally was not pleased with them but since they started the service I agreed to stay with them.. after 3 days they decided to start the job... don’t know what the outcome is going to be but my eye is definitely on them and I will be assisting them from first box to last back
