If anyone is thinking about doing business with United Property Management Manchester (or UPM as they call themselves) please DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE. We trusted UPM with our brand new property as they told us that they have an agreement with the Manchester City Council to house homeless people, and if we needed to terminate the contract all we had to do was to give them 28 days notice. We gave them the notice and it has been weeks now still UPM have failed to return the keys of our property! We chase and its one story after the other. All we want is our property back and UPM is causing us nothing but grief. Does Manchester City Council know what a shady company they are in contract with?!?!? PLEASE EVERYONE BEWARE OF UPM. Do not be naive and make the same mistake that we did.
