UNIT NOT WORKING PROPERLY

The Power button is a problem! It doesn't turn anything OFF. I have read the manual. THAT'S USELESS. Online, none of the questions answer my need. They have no "Chat Room" I have now been on HOLD with technical support for over 55 minutes. This is at my own expense as they do NOT have an 800 number. User's recommendation: Check all buttons before you start using the product.
