I’ve had my unit for 5 years. Hasn’t really work in all 5 years. Sometimes with periods but mostly cutting out. I have had three different good plumbers in over that have worked with technical support. No urgency, no creating a ticket of issues, no real help or taking ownership. 5 years, replaced sensors ignition rods moved exhausts. Finally I got involved and sent my take on it and received a response that dismissed the issue and took zero ownership to actively help out. Will be replacing the unit but can only recommend to stay far away from this company. I can’t remember another vendor that I have ever worked with that performed this poorly.
