Unisar TV Listener J3 Infared wireless headphones TV 920 do not work

I took head phones to Walmart they said I was passed the March 2018 date for return and referred me to customer service 877-968-**** who then referred me to Manufacturer Unisar at 1-80*-269-**** which turned out to be incorrect. I then went to https:unisar.pissedconsumer.com/customerservice.html. I was given a review # 133****. All I want to do is return the product and get my money back $37.60. I've been told I have a 1 year warranty with Unisar which expires in Dec. 2018 and I have a 2 yr warranty which I purchased at the time I bought the headphones. I have no more details but I do have complaints regarding how this situation is being taken care of. If I don't receive a solution soon I'll be calling the Better Business Bureau.
