Uninformed and rude and hotels have gone way down

Wyndham hotel brands which are franchised have really gone down hill. Customer service is shoddy, rooms are worse, housekeeping watches television instead of cleaning, if there is a problem in the room they make you change rooms several times instead of repairing the problem. Contacting the rewards program, the customer service people are fine but if you have an issue which requires a supervisor; good luck. Mine was rude, uninformed and hung up on me, after talking over me. She was not clear what my issue was because she would not listen. I would say three words and she immediately had the answer and gave a long answer which had nothing to do with what I was trying to ask about. The worse service I have ever experienced. Won't use brand again.
