There is an ability to make an appointment, but oddly it's only open on a Monday (1 day only) between the hours of 08:00 and 09:00; however, no appointments are available. When the Dept of Labor decides to reopen its offices to the general public, hopefully the backlog can be handled swiftly and efficiently. (sorry took a swig of scotch to calm me down) Mark Butler can kiss his elected position goodbye. If there was a recall mechanism in Georgia he would be 1st or 2nd on the recall list. The General Assembly should impeach him for dereliction of duty. User's recommendation: Hopefully you won't have the misfortune of dealing with them.
