Unimaginable customer service

I have been with Western reserve for quite a few years now never have I experienced anything like I have experience this past year first of all I think it’s interesting when I have questions or problems I can’t talk to anybody at the company you have to go directly through your agent or they won’t talk to you. I did have some issues and I got a hold of Lee Campbell she’s an underwriter when I spoke to her she actually yelled at me. When I asked her well why do I have insurance that seemed to trigger something in her and she went off on me like a double-barrel shotgun I have never had anyone yell at me she actually almost scared me. I wrote to Kevin Day who I believe is the president at this time never heard a word back. I canceled my policy with a Western reserve so Lee can go and yell at other customers she doesn’t get to go off on me again.
