Customer No. [protected] Business owner is battling cancer. Called to inform Aramark his wishes to cancel at the end of current contract. They said it had to be in writing 60 days before end of contract. Letter written and sent certified mail. Now 2 weeks before contract end, we get a call saying they did not receive the letter on time (says it was 56 days prior not 60 days). They will not let him out of the contract now but will remove uniform service and provide the mat and shop towels every other week, lower the contract to 2 years and remove the automatic renewal. TOTALLY UNREASONABLE FOR SOMEONE BATTLING CANCER.
