I needed to confirm that a payment I made on behalf of someone else who is out of the country due to lockdown. I merely wanted to know if they received my payment. No further info was needed. And they would not help me. So now I will not make any further payments, and they can just wait for the money owed to them. We are in strange times, surely they could just have taken the time to confirm that my payment was done correctly and received by them. I am still waiting for the promised return call from a supervisor.
