Unhelpful and deceitful

A Fred Loya insured driver rear ended me. It took 6 days for an adjuster to make contact, after I left 3 days of messages and multiple phone calls. The estimate they sent to fix the damages on my car was significantly devalued and even had the wrong sales tax rate for the state. When I asked for them to review the estimate to include the damages I had listed in my initial claim, the adjuster told me they had not accepted liability. Apparently if they “can’t make contact” with their own client, they won’t accept liability. This is how they string you along. Do not trust their locations when you take your vehicle to be “inspected”. They will tell you it is only to prove damage was done but they will only use those preliminary photos to create an estimate and it does not include hidden damages. I cannot believe the aggressive and rudeness of the adjuster assigned to my case, when I am just trying to ask questions. He was completely unprofessional and yelled at me over the phone. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with and it’s even worse because it was not my fault at all their client rear ended me.
