Unhappy with warranty

American Auto Shield contacted me and we were able to come to a amicable resolution concerning my warranty coverage and how it applied to the vehicle that I have in the Ford dealership in Austin, Texas for repairs. American Auto Shield satisfied my needs and my warranty concerns with respect to my vehicle that I currently have in for repairs. I am a satisfied customer of American Auto Shield. User's recommendation: Auto Shield is a honorable company.
