The company advertises an advanced hearing device. These are nothing more than a low end hearing aid. The "fine tuning" is bass up or down and treble up or down. No volume...nothing else to set. You can purchase the same type of hearing aids at much lower costs. BIG ADVERTISING SCAM. User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE. THEY ARE A SCAM.
