In August 2020 I ordered a couch and loveseat. I was told that it would arrive in November. I paid for it all at the time of my order. We did not hear from them for several weeks. I had called to see when it was being delivered and was told now it would be the end of January. I then asked if we could change the loveseat to another couch since it was not being made until January. The local store where we purchased it said they couldn't change the order but they would have the manager call me. We asked for a copy of our contract and the employee said they would fax it to us. They did not fax it and no one called. We then decided to go back to the store. As we were waiting, the manager blew us off saying that she was up for the next customer that had walked in after us. Once again we were told that we couldn't change our order. By then I was really upset. I had spent $4600.00 and paid up front for it. I called Laziboy and was told that the store manager was the only one who could make the changes in my order. I decided to contact the company. I was then told by the corporate customer service that she would make some calls and I would hear from her by Wednesday. So far, I have not heard from her yet. I thought that Laziboy was a company that I could trust and I expected great quality sofas. Now I am not so sure. If I could cancel my order I would. But since I paid for it all in August I am at the mercy of this company. Would I recommend Lazi Boy to other customers? No not at this time. Ann Fowler
