Unhappy with due date policy

I just wanted to change my due date from 23rd to 28th if each month. Your customer care person was great, but bad policies cannot be helped by charming, friendly customer care folks who actually care. She told me your policy simply does not allow it. Period. So, I took myself OFF auto payments and eilll, instead, make my payments nearly a month early. This means you will earn less interest but your policy has even less interest in helping customers, so Im good with that and I will likely try to payoff the loan even sooner.
