We booked my sons 6th birthday party at Kidville ( Englewood ) with Bibi the owner. What we paid extra for was not delivered. The staff was not attentive at all. They seemed more interested in anything but my sons party. Unfortunately the young staff is left to run a party without any type of management at the location to oversee the operation. We paid to have the big Kidville art table, and to have a giant card signed, neither was done. They extra staff we paid for was too busy to be in the room to help my wife hand out pizza, drinks and then clean up. Avoid this business. They are not worth the price they charge
