Unhappy very dissatisfied

I went to Sally's and purchased Ion creme hair color. Plum 4 vv so July 5th, 2019 I used this product and instead of the color it wss suppose to be. My hair was reddish blonde instead. I took the unused portion back to the store and the try'd to make me feel like I did something wrong. I took a picture I can post for you if need be.
