UNISA is a very BIG institution for me to be holding on the line for more than forty minutes and for emails not to be answered. There never anyone answering calls or emails, for the past three days I've been trying to get through to UNISA via email and call but never a response. I didnt receive any study material yet and missed my assignment deadline. I sent emails, called them and no one replies and pick up phones.
