Unhappy Parent

Waited 5 weeks to get my sons photos while he played in the National Flag Football Youth League. Got the photos and his name is spelt wrong and I am missing a photo. I went over everything with the representative before payment. Im truly upset as some photos were to ve sent off to other family members.
