I spent $500 no their product and the Vanilla shake is GROSS, contacted customer service and they could care less about it. Of course offered to repalce if I pay for shipping both ways. FAIL!!! I told them I will not be returning as a customer and they could care less! Do not recommend. You would think after a cusomter pays that amount of money to the company, they would at least send you a return shipping label for their nasty product. I send the last email telling them I would not be returning as a customer and they said "we're sorry to hear that have a nice day!!".
