Unhappy customer. No refund for 3 months now

Firstly, I bought couch at rochester. They were delivered in the evening eventhoughbthey said 9 am they will be there. Waited for them the whole day. Secondly, I found defects on them the next day and called the store. I applied for a refund and they said as soon as the couch is on their side they will refund. They took a whole month to pick them up. Now I have been waiting another 2 months for the refund. There is no joy at roschester. The sales people there are also cluless
