I contacted someone because I was very unhappy with my print order that was made for 214. Half of the photos chopped off heads and I can’t use them. The person from mixbook said the best that they could do was give me a 50 percent refund on my happy. I wasn’t too happy because I really wanted a total refund. I did sent photos. So I still haven’t seen a refund yet. When will this happen.
