I took my sister who has Down Syndrome to Lovely Hair and Nails in Twin Falls, ID to have her nails done. At no time did they make eye contact with my sister or speak to her directly. They looked at me and said “Pick color”. A man came over and said sit down. He did my sisters nails and never once spoke to her. He didn’t respond to her when she spoke and he said nothing when she said thank you. I suppose if you aren’t disabled you might be treated kindly. This establishment is discriminatory and I would encourage people NOT to go there. They deserve to be closed down.
