Unfinished work and missing car upgraded car mat

Called Thursday morning for a mobile inside detail on my Honda Civic. Told the owner Tim Moore that i had some dog hair and a few spot stains on seats. He quoted $60. The appointmebt was scheduled for 1pm. They called at 2:45 and said they were running late and would ve there in a half hour. I called at 3:23 and they said they were 6 minutes away... they arrived at 4:02. Three guys arrived and said they had to ipcharge for dog hair and the few spots in the seats. So total $100. I was tokd they collect abd i said that was fine but needed a reciept. They said they did not have reciepts vit then found one... a storm rolled in with 20% of the car cleaned. We all scrambked to get their equipment picked up abd my car closed up. By this time it was pouring and they said they woyld ve back first thing in the morning. They keft with givjng me my reciept. I called the owner to remind them to get my Honda mat out of the van as one guy put in there when the wind was blowing. He said ok but could not cone until Monday...i told him no that will not work as we were leaving in vacy. So he said he would come Saturday at noon, i said ok and told him not to forget my mat. Saturday arrives and again late on to a no show... no phone calls nothing...although I called several times abd left voice mails and also texts. I also left message in the business facebook private messager. No response! I even drove into town to theor shop...no ine there... he texted ne after 5. I offered to let him come then and do it or i would vri g it in and he said his son had a ball game for his son. Bit he can cone Sunday...told him we had all day plans and would be gone which had veen scheduled for 2 years...grad party. So needed it finished today. He refused. So i asked for refund of unfinished work and my car mat. In the ebd he still made excuses saying it was my fault that he offered to drive my car in and bring back... no he did not offer this at the tine of the storm. He did say on Thursday morning that if it raibed vefore the appt time they could drive my car to the shop and detail and deliver back to me... but since the shop was closed by the time the storm hit (5pm) who would even think about that and with scrambling to pick up their stuff abd shut my car who woyld think about it? I was satified with them returning the next day as the guys said... so long story short... this guy refuses to refund or complete and makes every excuse he can to not make a wrong right. I paid $100 plus a tip the the 3 guys for a $20 job. Very very poor business realtions with customers. I will file a suit in Small claims court to if anything to bring attention to bad business pratice.
