Unfinished installation of two exterior doors.

Ordered the doors in June 2020. The doors were manufactured, sent, and installed in February 2021. Installer could not complete the installation the coverings for the door jambs were not right ones. Have called and talked with installation five times, and no one has called back, as promised. Help.
