Update by user Aug 10, 2020 As of August 2020, this matter remains completely unresolved. No attempts to reach-out to Modnique have been responded to. A lawsuit may be warranted. Original review posted by user Jul 11, 2020 Ordered a too good to be true item prior Covid 19, there was ample time to ship it before it was considered a crisis. They failed to do so... I contacted customer service specifically Lauren who said that they would be send “after the pandemic is over,” whatever that means... here I am months later, the site is down, customer services is completely radio-silent, still no item and I'm out hundreds of dollars in unfilled orders. I’d be interested in filing a lawsuit jointly with any other similarly aggrieved customers. User's recommendation: Stay away completely!
