I have been unfairly blacklisted on 2019 I guy told me to join the gym I told him I wasn't interested he asked for my details and told me his going to give me a free trial and I wish to continue with the gym than I am going start being a member and he said there will be no money taken out of my account unless I join, but I never showed up to that free trial because I wasn't interested, on 2020 I got a call saying that I owe the company money I told I didn't join anything so how came I am owing you guy money, she said okay then I will cancel it that, this year I got an SMS stating that I have been blacklisted and that an owe the gym r8 000, called to ask about this and the lady who I talked to told me that I have to pay this money because I join the gym mind you I have never set foot in that gym, I asked her to email me the contract of the membership to my email address but she failed to send me the proof. Guys, please fix this
