On Thursday 29 July 2021 I visited Langeberg Mall and inquired to the lady operator that I would like her to suggest a good package to extend Easy to sign the contact with promises that fibre garantees 25Mbps uncapped.Friday 30 July 2021 the Router was installed,tested and worked beautifully with 25Mbps on speedtest.Sunday 2nd Aug. 2021 this speedtest dropped 0,4 bps upload and 0,6bps Monday a complaint at Langeberg mall was raised,the operator was of no help,the 2nd call I made the complaint operator trew down the telephone when I requested a reference number of the complaint.Theusday back at Langeberg mall the same lady logged a complaint and said to me I must wait there for the call from the services department.Changing my contract to wireless and cancelling the previous was not permitted,although the consumer right stipulates that any consumer has the right to cancel such agreement within 5 days if sevices are not satisfactory as agreed. The logged complaint off Theusday never happened up to time off this complaint.-no calls was made up to now(Wednesday,4August 2021 at 08Hoo)I WOULD BELIEVE THAT TELKOM would now respect my rights to cancel the contract as they are well aware that their service sucksAndre de Villiers 072517**** cservice department to caal and she will talk to themdownload.Monday User's recommendation: Telkom are losing clients due to their lack of service-do not engage into their business.
